Species Description
Spiral sculpture of irregular cords and a series of blunt peripheral nodes. The shell is large and is light tan with a white aperature. The height is from 55-130 mm.
Species Habitat
Occurs half buried in gravel pockets between rocks and sandy bottoms.
Species Range
Monterey Bay, California to the Gulf of California, Mexico.
