Species Description
A high-spiraled, large shell with two columellar folds and a slightly concave shoulder. Color is yellow brown, with dark brown, thin, spiral lines. Height of shell 40-90 mm. No operculum and has a short anterior canal.
Species Habitat
Uncommon on offshore sandy bottoms.
Species Range
Monterey Bay, California to San Benito Island, Central Baja California, Mexico.
