Species Description
Smooth "sweet potato" sea cucumber lacks tube feet; color is yellow, mottled with brown; length to 25 cm. SAMPLING CODE NOTES: _ _ _R=Recruit <2.5 cm.
Species Habitat
On soft bottoms. Eats sand and digests the detritus.
Species Range
In shallow subtidal depths; Southern California to Baja California, Mexico.
