Species Description
All white body (to 16 mm long) with two extra-rhinophoreal projections, the branchial plume at center of the body, and three orange stripes. Rhinopores, branchial plume and other appendages are colored white with orange tips.

Subtidal.
Species Range
San Juan Island, Washington to Point Loma, California.
